선수 행동강령

Players are expected to learn, compete fairly and support their teammates. Effort, attitude and respect matter every time we train or play.

선수는 배우려는 자세로 공정하게 경기하고 팀 동료를 지지해야 합니다. 훈련과 경기에서는 언제나 노력, 태도와 존중이 중요합니다.

• Listen to coaches and respond positively
• Respect teammates, opponents and officials
• Play fairly and follow the Laws of the Game
• Be punctual, prepared and ready to learn
• Celebrate without humiliating others
• Speak up if something feels unsafe or wrong

Families shape the experience around every young player. Encourage effort and enjoyment, allow coaches to coach, and keep adult expectations in perspective.

가족의 태도는 어린 선수의 축구 경험에 큰 영향을 줍니다. 노력과 즐거움을 응원하고, 코치가 지도할 수 있도록 존중하며, 어른의 기대가 아이에게 부담이 되지 않도록 합니다.

• Support every player, not only your own child
• Do not coach from the sideline
• Respect selection, positions and playing-time decisions
• Raise concerns calmly through club channels
• Help children arrive on time with the right equipment
• Model the behaviour we expect from players

Coaches are trusted to create safe, inclusive and development-focused environments. Every child should be treated with dignity, patience and fairness.

코치는 안전하고 포용적이며 성장 중심의 환경을 만들 책임이 있습니다. 모든 아이를 존엄성, 인내심과 공정함으로 대해야 합니다.

• Put player welfare and development first
• Use age-appropriate instruction and expectations
• Never use humiliating, threatening or discriminatory language
• Give clear, constructive and balanced feedback
• Maintain professional boundaries and child-safety standards
• Hold a current Working With Children Check

Spectator Code of Conduct

관중 행동강령

Spectators should make every match feel safe and encouraging. Applaud good football, keep comments positive and accept the decisions made on the field.

관중은 모든 경기가 안전하고 격려가 넘치는 시간이 되도록 도와야 합니다. 좋은 플레이를 응원하고, 긍정적인 말을 사용하며, 경기장에서 내려진 결정을 존중합니다.

• Encourage without pressuring or distracting players
• Never abuse, threaten or ridicule anyone
• Do not challenge or approach match officials
• Remain in designated spectator areas
• Remember that junior football is for children

• 선수에게 부담이나 혼란을 주지 않고 응원합니다
• 누구에게도 폭언, 위협 또는 조롱을 하지 않습니다
• 심판에게 항의하거나 직접 접근하지 않습니다
• 지정된 관중 구역을 지킵니다

Sideline Behaviour

사이드라인 행동

The sideline belongs to the team staff and should remain calm, safe and free from conflicting instructions. Parents and spectators must not enter the technical area or field unless invited by an official.

사이드라인은 팀 스태프가 운영하는 공간이며, 차분하고 안전하게 유지되어야 합니다. 학부모와 관중은 관계자의 요청이 없는 한 기술 구역이나 경기장 안으로 들어가지 않습니다.

Communication

소통

Questions and concerns are welcome when raised respectfully. Speak with the appropriate coach or committee member at a suitable time, not during a match or in front of players. Allow time for facts to be understood and a considered response to be provided.

질문과 우려 사항은 존중하는 방식으로 전달해 주세요. 경기 중이거나 선수들 앞에서는 논의하지 않고, 적절한 시간에 담당 코치 또는 위원회 구성원과 이야기합니다. 사실관계를 확인하고 충분히 검토해 답변할 수 있도록 시간을 허용해 주세요.

Social Media

소셜 미디어

Online behaviour must meet the same standard as behaviour at the ground. Do not post abusive comments, private team information or images of children without appropriate permission. Never use social media to target players, families, officials, coaches or volunteers.

온라인에서도 경기장에서와 같은 행동 기준을 지켜야 합니다. 모욕적인 글, 팀의 비공개 정보 또는 적절한 동의를 받지 않은 아동의 사진을 게시하지 않습니다. 선수, 가족, 심판, 코치 또는 자원봉사자를 공격하기 위해 소셜 미디어를 사용해서는 안 됩니다.

행동강령 위반

The club will respond to concerns fairly, consistently and in proportion to the behaviour. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a conversation, a formal warning, removal from an activity, suspension or termination of club membership. Serious child-safety or unlawful matters may be referred to the appropriate authority.

클럽은 우려 사항을 공정하고 일관되게 검토하며, 행동의 정도에 맞게 대응합니다. 상황에 따라 면담, 공식 경고, 활동 참여 제한, 정지 또는 클럽 회원 자격 종료가 포함될 수 있습니다. 심각한 아동 안전 문제나 위법 사항은 관련 기관에 신고할 수 있습니다.
